Foothill Tree Care ("we," "us") operates foothilltreecare.com, a referral service that connects homeowners with independent tree-service companies. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
When you submit our quote form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email, property address, the service you're interested in, your timeline, and any notes. Our servers also log basic technical data such as your IP address, browser/user-agent, the page you submitted from, and referral/UTM parameters.
We use your information to match you with one or more vetted, licensed tree-service companies in our network and to follow up about your request. We store submissions in our customer-relationship system to manage and improve the service.
To do the one thing you asked us to do — get you matched — we share your request with the network company or companies best suited to it. We do not sell your personal information. We may use service providers (for example, hosting and database providers) that process data on our behalf.
You can ask us to access or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by emailing hello@foothilltreecare.com. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and delete; contact us to exercise them.
